ASHEVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — Recent cold weather has local ski resorts covered in snow. And the storm moving through the Asheville area Friday into Saturday will add to the totals.

Moderate snow accumulations from Winter Storm Cora are expected across the entire mountain region this weekend.
