Brian Edward Barnes, 46, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 5, 2024, in Asheville, NC.

He was a son of Pamela Gray Barnes Schmitz and stepfather, Henry, and Roy Edward Barnes. Following high school graduation, Brian worked for Disney as an Artist. He enjoyed capturing the beauty around him through photography and painting.

Those left to cherish his memory are his parents: Pamela Gray Barnes Schmitz and stepfather, Henry; and Roy Edward Barnes; son, Tyler Barnes; sister, Andera Campbell; and niece and nephew, Amber Campbell and Trevor Campbell.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
