Shots fired outside Hendersonville McDonald’s

HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — Hendersonville police responded Monday morning to reports of shots fired outside a McDonald’s on Four Seasons Boulevard.

Officers arrived at the scene around 8:42 a.m. and confirmed multiple shots had been fired, though no one was injured.

Authorities have detained a suspect and are investigating a possible motive. Police said the incident appears to be isolated and that there is no ongoing threat to the public.

Residents and motorists were asked to avoid the area while officers processed the scene.
